I moved to Austin with my wife and kids from the Woodlands, Texas in 1991. I started my real estate career in 1995 and have stuck with it ever since. We live in Round Rock, Texas and have resided here since 1997. All three of our amazing kids have been in Round Rock schools from elementary through high school and we cannot say enough great things about the schools here.

I also enjoy flipping houses and over the years I have developed the ability to pick out phenomenal investment opportunities. After years of finding the right properties for myself, one of my strengths has become finding the right property for others as well. Due to this fact I tend to work with a lot of buyers and a lot of investors. I have a knack for seeing the diamond in the rough, and I know what these properties need to look like in order to sell.

I have a passion for sharing my experience not only with the real estate process but how to create an investment in your future for those that want to do so. Buying a home is a huge financial decision that requires a lot of listening and then mentoring on my part. I take pride in knowing my clients have 100% of my attention and experience at their service, in a day when customer service seems to be a thing of the past.

My goal at the end of a real estate transaction is for my clients to feel complete satisfaction in the total process. I hope they feel as if they have not only acquired a new home but a friend in the real estate community. Most important to me is an extraordinary experience and education in home buying that they can take with them into any real estate transaction in their future. I am a 41 year old Hispanic male that is fluent in Spanish and English. I was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico and moved to Houston Texas when I was 6 years old. I am married to my wonderful wife Katherine and we have two children, Mateo and Luna. After moving to the United States in 1976, I learned to adjust to a different culture while still maintaining my Spanish heritage. It’s been a terrific experience and I appreciate both sides of it.

For the past 20 years I have dedicated my life to customer service working for various IT companies, title companies, and more. One of the things I learned from this experience is that I don’t know everything, but I can and will find you the answer. I believe someone will have more respect for you if you’re upfront and honest rather than telling them what they want to hear. On many occasions I have been told I strive to excel at customer service. This is true, but my mentality is I am providing you with something worth more than money, it is service. I am someone you can depend on time and time again and know if you need something I will be there. I live like this at home and incorporate this philosophy into my career. I believe great service is not only knowing what your customer needs, but also doing what is necessary to fulfill those needs.
